We believe that an exceptional job does not start with great planning, nor vision or foresight, nor quality materials and great pricing.  Important though these things are, we believe an exceptional job starts with good people.

Secondarily, we believe it is important to provide our customers with career Craftsmen that take personal pride in their work.  People that day in and day out work in other people's homes with the same careful attention to detail as they would their own.

Terry Edwards is a life long resident of the Birmingham area.  He and his wife Mary purchased their first home shortly after they were married in 1989.  It was then that Terry found his love for remodeling and home repair.  Together Terry and Mary completely renovated their 3 bedroom “fixer-upper” in the then small but growing town of Trussville.

Many paint jobs, bath room remodels…and five children later, Terry is now a Board Certified General Contractor.  This means that, unlike the vast majority of his competitors, Terry is qualified to handle everything from the most basic home repair to a full scale renovation.  With years of experience as a Home Builder, Terry has ongoing relationships with many highly skilled sub-contractors.  This allows him the luxury of calling on these sub-contractors that specialize in virtually every facet of residential construction. 

Terry has designed Birmingham Remodel to be your source for one-stop shopping for all your home improvement projects.  Whether it’s a simple interior paint job or a more involved undertaking such as a complete renovation or addition, Terry Edwards is equipped, licensed and qualified to handle it.  Having a Licensed Contractor rather than a “jack of all trades” will make all the difference in your next home improvement experience.

Terry Edwards will work hard to ensure that all his customers will be repeat customers.  He believes the strongest complement he can receive is when a customer refers him to a friend.
